Card of the Week
The card of the week or perhaps a month.
In Tarot, the six’s are reflective in some way. It is usually about an adjustment to change and a journey to stability from a difficult time. It can mean internal stability or external elements to stability like health, housing, loved ones, work and cash.
The change could be a new job, a house, a partner or lifestyle choice, feelings about your identity. Or adjusting to being allowed out of the house.
You may not have chosen this journey or the changes. It may have even been forced upon you, but either way, the Six of Swords says that it is inevitable, and more importantly, it is needed.
If things have been difficult, they will get better, but not quickly. Sorry about that, but you need time to adjust and integrate all that has gone on.
Don’t underestimate the significance of this transition. Gather yourself, work out what you want to take with you into the future and what you need to let go of from the past. Do what you have to do to stop yourself from losing it. Stay present, comfort yourself and those around you. Be kind.
Giving yourself time to grieve as you feel and move on. In a nutshell, the card’s message is to be brave and keep going; everything will be okay. There are delicious things ahead, but it’s going to take a while, so you might as well get comfy.
The element is Air, the astrological sign is Aquarius, and the planet that rules this card is Mercury.
