Some people find online therapy useful because you can go online no matter where you are in the world, at a time that works for you, in a space you already feel comfortable. With so many conflicting priorities, finding time in a busy schedule just for you, can be challenging. It can also sometimes be easier to approach than a face-to-face situation with your therapist.

Natale offers single-session consultations, debriefing sessions, on-going therapy or needs-based therapy, for individuals, couples and families. If you require a structured program, being online means you can work through the tasks when it suits you at your own pace, no matter where you are.
